Would Like Some Info On Apple Cider Vinegar For Weight Loss And Health. Thank You?

Have heard it helps to loose weight and also to lower chlosteral. But don’t know how to take it.

    my granny did a spoon full of apple vinegar and a spoon full of honey, she did this every day. she was told she had 6months to a year without treatment for cancer. 1 to 2 years with treatment to live. she choose, no treatment. she felt she rather live last day’s as she was, rather to live last day’s sicker. she lived 25 years with only treatment of apple vinegar and honey. she died happy and in her sleep. she out lived the doctor whom said she had 6months to 1year with out treatment. she and all of us believed the apple vinegar and honey helped her immune system fight the cancer. granny was 82 when she passed, god bless her.
