What weight machines can be coupled to provide both push and pull for weight training?

I’m looking for a list of weight machines that can be used together to make sure each muscle gets its “push and pull” trained.

Anything with that involves resistance training will help both ways.

    Hope this helps.

You can couple a machine for the butterfly chest press w/one for a seated row, an incline chest press w/a lat pull down, and bicep curl with a tricep press. I would also incorporate sqats. Actually, putting all of these exercises together makes for an excellent full body routine in and of itself. Don’t forget, if you have cable pulley machines, those work too! Also, for optimal results, remember in your exercises to pay as much attention to the negative portion of the lift as well and the concentric movement. Good luck in your training.
