How do i lose muscle from weight training?

I’m about 136lbs right now. I was only 120 before i started a weight training class. I run every day and hardly eat anything. How do i get the muscle to go away? Is running building more muscle?

How can ones heart not be broken when you lose someone special?

I’ve been told that we choose to have our heart broken or not… How can you choose something like that? Don’t this factor play on the situation? Who has been able to not be heartbroken over losing someone special or something special?

What is a good exercise routine to lose the most amount of fat?

I need to lose about 80 pounds of fat. I need a nice detailed exercise routine. I am unable to maek one up that will actually help me lose weight. I am a member at a gym, so i have access to all of those machines. Also, im a girl.
