I’m about 136lbs right now. I was only 120 before i started a weight training class. I run every day and hardly eat anything. How do i get the muscle to go away? Is running building more muscle?
I’ve been told that we choose to have our heart broken or not… How can you choose something like that? Don’t this factor play on the situation? Who has been able to not be heartbroken over losing someone special or something special?
