My husband and I hit the gym alot but I was REALLY paying attention to the food I make and Im beginning to realize that its not that healthy and I think It might have to do with the fact that its our first year married and I cook good foods but alot of them are “instants” and practically made for you. So, I need help with REAL recipes that are healthier and not too hard to make. Thanks!!!!
I just started weight training. I’m already doing cardio. I want to tone and really sculpt muscle. I am female, so I don’t mean like freakishly big muscles, but I’ve not worked out regularly for the past two years. Should I increase the weights every week. I go to the gym three times a week, or should I just up the weights when It starts to become easier to lift them.
