I’m about 136lbs right now. I was only 120 before i started a weight training class. I run every day and hardly eat anything. How do i get the muscle to go away? Is running building more muscle?
I recently found out that my heart was not normal. It is bigger than the normal size. But do x-ray detects heart condition? That was their findings and i have a doubt in it, that is why i need others opinion. I’ll be planning to have an ECG.
