Flat Tummy Diet Plan – The Mom’s Guide to Getting Thin the Fit Yummy Mummy Way

Posted by NoChubbyHubby on November 20, 2009

Both new moms and not so new moms want to lose the belly fat caused by pregnancy and childbirth. We are always on the lookout for a flat tummy diet plan that will get us the slim, sexy stomach we want. Some of us turn to diet pills, which are not the best choice. The side effects can be awful. Actually the best diet plans use both nutrition and exercise to lose belly fat. Diet alone will allow you to lose pounds, but won’t necessarily get you a flat stomach. In order to do that, you must exercise. This is where Fit Yummy Mummy comes in. It was designed especially for moms to get back into shape after childbirth. It is a diet, nutrition and exercise guide created by a mom that will teach you how to change your lifestyle to get the body you desire. The creator of the program, Holly Rigsby, is a certified personal trainer and a women’s fitness coach. She knows that moms are busy and has incorporated this aspect into her guide. The exercises are short and her diet plan is easy to follow. What makes the Fit Yummy Mummy program different from other flat tummy diet plans is that her book does not just say to do a bunch of cardio, 100 crunches and eat a sensible diet. It goes beyond that and teaches you how to make changes in your lifestyle so you can have long term weight loss and keep in shape for the rest of your life. Holly includes a meal planner and menu guide that will let you feed your entire family a healthy, nutritious meal. There are no fad diets or crazy food choices. Learning to shop the smart way at the grocery store is the only requirement. As for her exercise plan, Holly uses short burst workouts that let you burn calories fast, allowing you to lose weight quickly. All of the workouts can be performed in the comfort of your own home.

If you have been looking for a new mom’s flat tummy diet plan, I believe the Fit Yummy Mummy program may be your best choice.

Rachael Ray’s Diet – Flat Belly Diet Review

Posted by NoChubbyHubby on September 22, 2009

Have you seen the Rachael Ray Diet on her daytime TV show? It’s also better known as the flat belly diet and today I plan to review this diet and explain the pros and cons of the diet and whether you can expect to lose 25 pounds in 3 weeks as it suggests. I’ll also another weight loss option that has already proven itself if you choose not to try the flat belly diet. So how does the Flat Belly Diet Work? The diet is based around a type of beneficial fat known as monounsaturated fat or (MUFA). The idea is that you eat a variety of foods that are high in this fat and as a result you will feel full from this and not eat other foods as a result. As well the ability of your body to burn off this fat more easily than other forms of calories is the major benefit for weight loss you can expect. So what are the downsides to this diet? The focus on MUFA as a way to fill you up is misleading as it has been shown that protein is the ideal food for this purpose. If that wasn’t enough though to hold up an argument the major problem with this diet is the fact that it will eventually end and through the duration of this very redundant diet you will have slowed your metabolic processes as a result. This is a major problem with most diets and is the reason why people experience a rebound effect after a diet and put weight back on. Most diets have you either avoiding calories as the flat belly diet does, or has you eating a very structured schedule of the same types of foods which is yet another problem with the flat belly diet. The ideal diet focuses on your metabolism, not on avoiding calories Lets face it, when you come off of a diet are you going to eat the same as you did on the diet or are you going back to your old habits? Odds are you’ll be back to your old habits and the weight will slowly creep back on. Now what if you were to try something different such as calorie shifting. The idea behind calorie shifting is that you are focusing on boosting your metabolism through eating, not avoid calories. This is a much more realistic long term weight loss diet as you are focusing on changing the factor that allowed you to put on the weight to begin with. Best of all with calorie shifting there is no rebound effect, in fact part of the focus of the diet is burning fat continually from its effects for weeks after you decide to stop!. <b>Lose <u>15 Pounds</u></b> in <b>Two Weeks</b> by <b>EATING MORE!</b> Using <a target=”_new” onClick=”javascript:pageTracker. _trackPageview(’/outgoing/article_exit_link’);” href=”http://www. fatloss4idiotsdietplan. com/”><b>THIS Secret Technique!</b></a> Click http://www. fatloss4idiotsdietplan. com to find out how to do it! ======================================================<i>Note: You may wish to publish this article for your website, blog, etc. As long as the article remains in its full entirety; including the links and the about the author resource box. </i>

The Best Running Shoes for Flat Feet

Posted by NoChubbyHubby on September 21, 2009

* Flat Foot: What is it The arch of the foot is formed by the tarsal and metatarsal bones and strengthened by ligaments and tendons. It allows the foot to support the weight of the body in the erect posture with the least weight. The height of the arch determines pronation and foot type. The arch height of the foot can easily be checked using the wet feet test. People with a Low arch do not have a distinct curve along the inside of the foot. The imprint taken in a wet test may show nearly the entire foot. People with low arches are more likely to overpronate which can result in injuries. Insufficiently expressed arches are called low or fallen arches. The term flat feet applies to the arch which is sitting on the ground completely. * Runners with flat feet need to put extra care in choosing the best running shoe Your foot arch is your natural shock absorption system. Nature designed it so that when you put your body weight over your feet the shock is absorbed by this mechanism in order to alleviate the impact (and subsequent injuries) that would otherwise hit your feet, ankles, knees and hips. A flat foot is the most visible sign of overpronation, meaning that your arch collapses during the impact on the ground. As a consequence, your ankle twists inward and your knees overcompensates. Flat feet are a particular concern for runners, as during the running gait the arch is supposed to support on average 3 times their body weight. * Shoes Technologies Aimed at Runners with Flat Feet Over the last 20 years or so, all the major running footwear producers developed specific technologies aimed at helping runners with flat feet run in comfort and safety. The key words you have to remember are: stability, support and motion control. – Support is what a flat foot runner needs. When looking at shoes reviews or technical specifications, any indication of “added support” means you are headed in the right direction. – Stability is an industry standard term that categorizes running shoes aimed at helping overpronation: every brand has their own collection of Stability Running Shoes. – Motion Control are Stability Shoes for the most severe overpronators: they include the solutions of stability shoes and focus in enhancing them. The main technology found in Stability shoes is a medial post of dual density foam. Footwear producers inject a harder compound of foam right below the medial side of the arch and sometimes extended all the way to the heel. It is easily recognizable as a darker (almost always gray) piece of foam on the inside of the midsole. You can read our recommendations about the best running shoes for flat feet in summer 2009, along with all our other running shoes reviews.
