I am trying to gain muscle while getting more ripped, and i have recently ordered P90X. But i love to go to the gym, and i was wondering if it would be ok to combine P90X with weight training at the gym, if i tried not to overwork muscles.

OK, I am weight training every other day. Doing 3 sets of 5-10 with very heavy weights, for example bench press is at about 200-230 lbs. So my question is would it be ok if I do push-ups everyday so I can add more definition to my chest or would that not be a good thing and could be counter productive?

I’m a female and i’m 5′5 weight 170!
I’d like to lose weight but I get bored with running.
Can I manage to lose 50lbs (20 kg) doing an hour of weight training every day at the gym?
Will I become bulky?
