I do cardio training 5 or 6 days a week for overall fat loss, but Im also trying to tone my body meanwhile. Currently Im weight training every day along with 2 split cardio sessions, but I am wondering if that is hindering my process instead of helping it.
So what is the Ideal amount of weight training I should incorporate into my routine, how long, how often, in order to tone and help lose 40 pounds before Christmas?
Okay, I know I sort of asked this question before, but it seems as if prostate cancer awareness flew under the radar last month, as I heard September is prostate cancer awareness month, while breast cancer awareness is getting the full treatment. Nothing against breast cancer awareness, or women’s health awareness, but what about men’s health getting equal treatment. Do we want men to die?
I want to do cardio alongside my weight training routine. I want to be able to run marathons and atleast 5 miles or over, but I don’t want to be all small like an olympic long distance runner, I want to have muscle. Can anyone please suggest a weight training/ cardio workout for me.
I am trying hard to lose those last ten pounds and I just stick with losts of cardio mostly all the time. I eat healthy and I just feel that if i do weight training that it will put some weight on since muscle weighs more. I dont want to gain any!!!! Any suggestions, advice etc would be greatly appreciated=)
