I need to loose stomach fat, but despite weight training 3days and 3days of aerobics I cant. Please help?

Weight training consists of 12-14 exercises in 2 circuits with 20 reps. Aerobic is usually treadmill/swimming/or eliptical for 30min -1hr twice a week and then 2 hrs of soccer on the weekend. Thanks

How many calories are burned doing The Firm: Maximum Cardio Burn and Complete Aerobics and Weight Training?

Does anyone know how many calories are burned doing The Firm: Maximum Cardio Burn with Instructor Allie DelRio and also Complete Aerobics and Weight Training with instructor Emily Welsh?
I’ve been trying to find this out for a while? Thanks.
