		<description>Science is not like technology in that it&#039;s still good after 6 months. The only time old information should be viewed as incorrect is when newer information is presented contradicting it. It&#039;s best to also have  some analysis as to why the new should be accepted over the old as well. Health information form &#039;01/&#039;02 is mostly still valid- not a lot of major stuff happens in such an old study (health and nutrition have been studied since long before Greece&#039;s day). And the new stuff is mostly insignificant to &#039;normal&#039; individuals. The FDA&#039;s website is a good resource for food and nutrition information, and has good links as well.</description>
