i liked the observations / grievances about the program. i’d like to add one of my own: tony’s comment during legs & back – the “skater” exercise, when he turns to the belgian guy and states that ice skating is all they do “up there” in belgium, because it’s cold all the time….does he even know where belgium is? anyway, great job on the program and the videos!

that was SO FuNNY! great observations bro. The program works but damn there are a ton of errors that the producers/editors didn’t catch. FatAssChallenge pointed out in one of his vids that the chick in the back during legs and back makes some impressive porno groaning sounds some of the movements. Thanks for posting this vid, you ROCK.
