    @willijahtv well firstly you need to eat 100% whole wheat bread which helps lose tummy fat as well as all whole grains. brown rice is a hundred times more healthy and eating white rice everyday causes constipation. Theres no fish in the diet omegas 3 and 9 are very important fats that help lose weight improve skin nails and hair. Also she lacks calcium/vitamin D and veggies which are very important and wholegrains like whole wheat pasta quinoa oatmeal brownrice.
    v8 has tons of bad sugar.

    You look AMAZING!!! You are suchh a strong person, and I feel totally inspired!! I weigh around 140lbs (i’m 5′0), and wanna lose around 30lbs. I HATE exercising and i LOOOVE eating.. i eat my feelings :( . But i’m REALLY going to give this a try. Can’t stand this anymore!!

    @snpaki2009 Well i know its 2 months ago u posted this but i would say don’t give up working out cause i lost 15 pounds last month and i was weight at 200′ pounds. All i’ve done is work out like 30mins or up to an hour but i have started changing a few of my eating habits and so far lost a few. i know its hard but once you lose 5 pounds it keeps you going to lose more

Hi even im 19 years old… and i weight around 165pounds… and i want to be around 110 pounds… Yea i know being fat sucks a lot and i hate myself for tht!! but anyway v can do it… even i wrok out.. and give up soon… i diet for one day… and the other day… I jus loose interest in it… I jus cant be wid out rice… But then i want to loose weight… i want to give myself trying dis lemonide diet…we can be friends…:)
