This is a great exercise for the biceps. I do them myself with an under-handed grip and lift the dumbbells at the same time like he illustrates at :44… I highly recommend it. It gives your biceps a killer pump

just keep good form to failure maintain a good diet and dont train the same bodypart within 48 hours and the results will come.
im 17 and its taken me arounnd 8 months and ive had pretty good results

it depends how hard you will work. if you will fuck around in the gym you may see results in 6 months and if you work hard you will see results in a month … everything depends on you mate… you are in control
