Before I blend my oats in a shake, I run them through a coffee grinder. It helps when everything get’s mixed together if the oats are thrown in powder form.

Fish are good. I’m raising about 40-50 blue ram babies in my 55 growout tank. I’ve lost a few cardinal tetras here and there, but they’re still around. I’ll try to do a fish tank update soon. I’m also going to try and breed my wild mix Blue Rams in a few weeks.

Yes I use the Myoplex Lite ready to drink. I may try the powdered ones too if they taste good. I actually find myself craving the RTD ones.

Do you use the Myoplex shakes? The Myoplex lite shakes are great when a banana is blended in. The ready to drink are OK too but the ones you mix with crushed ice are the best.
